  12. I have a Phoebe 28.8/1428VQH that doesn't preform the way it should...I'm
  13. only getting abt.700cps on my downloads (a fried has the exact modem as me
  14. an he's getting around 2500cps.).

  16. I was using a comm. pgm. that modified my nvram when I first installed my
  17. modem. So now when I try to reset the factory nvram defaults...nothing
  18. happens, everything stays the same (I tried saving in both &w0 and &w1
  19. profile  banks....). Is there any way to reset the nvram or edit out the
  20. stored profiles?
